Trump Claims The Country Doesn’t Have Money To Pay Reparations, Claims We Don’t Like America???

It is a travesty to hear that man speak. Just hearing how he forms logic and what not is terrible. Phil, you’re touching on why they will never call Slavery a crime, or label it a crime against humanity. It is why they always want to argue that slavery has always existed. This is why they debunk the argument tract you take. I believe it more founded in the argument that it is money that is owed. No mater which argument you make it is a moral argument. Because they will argue to the day they die, slavery was not illegal at the time. As long as that is true they will never see a legal way to justify reparations. Slave owners got reparations because they lost what WAS legal property at the time. Our payment in their eyes was freedom. And also it is much easier to make arguments for reparations for what they allowed AFTER slavery. Because at that point slavery was illegal. And the terror they allowed was illegal. Hands down, and the government allowed it. I believe we are owed reparations for all of it, both pre and post slavery actions. I also believe they KNOW this but they don’t want to do it. And as far as Trumps logic is concerned, when we see them give billions of dollars to other countries he can’t back it up. They have the money. They don’t WANT to give it.
