Community Members Are Sick And Standing in The Rain Waiting For Clinics To Open.

Inge Stoffels reports on how the clinics in communities have not improved since 2018, as we enter the winter season community members are left to stand in the rain from 5 am waiting for the doors of their local clinic to open at 8am. Some have been mugged, some have gotten sicker while waiting.
