Racist Manager Fires Black Employees Only For Failing To Meet Daily Company Targets.

Reneilwe Morema reports on a video making the rounds on TikTok of a manager at Life Long Resources in Germiston Johannesburg, verbally abusing and racially discriminating her black employees calling them ”Mamparas (Buffoons). Some workers have complained about the treatment they have received at work, claiming that the owner of the company only fires black staff who failed at meeting their daily targets of collecting 900 kg of good quality reef in less than 5 hours. The EFF members made their way to the company to aid the workers in protecting their rights and to hold the managers accountable for unfair dismissals and racial discrimination. One manager has since publicly apologized to the dismissed workers.
