Members of a certain community decided to burn their ANC T-shirts on youth day as a sign of retaliation against the GNU. People are not happy that the ANC decided to include white parties as part of the new ruling government, it is a betrayal to the democracy and the heroes that fought for our liberation. People feel like South Africa has never been ‘’united’’, and to force this unholy allegiance with the DA and freedom front plus party ‘down our throat is a betrayal to the black people, it is seen as a form of oppression, it is taking us back to the apartheid era, and people are not happy about that.
