Vietnam Vet Was Angry He Couldn’t Get Work With A Infraction On His Record

Phillip Scott reports on a Brotha that couldn’t get work after serving this country with an infraction on his record. They sent him to fight in Vietnam with his record but can’t feed his family when he got home. The same thing is happening today where they use a record to put you into poverty.
